After the case, you can read the opinion of four experts about how the case should be solved, but in the future we might see MBA students all over the world discussing the benefits and risks of bloggers commenting on the products and business methods of a company.
I usually don't like HBR and HBR cases, since I am not a serious person who pursuits the "top" management or a chief at a big corporation. However, the phenomena of the blogging are becoming what management people cannot disregard.
